Beach Villa Cha Am, free WiFi

The house is located two hours from Bangkok (170 km) and 25 minutes drive from Hua Hin. Cha Am village is two kilometers away, with fishing pier, which has many local seafood restaurants and even shopping and restaurants inside the village.

Cha-Am/Hua Hin is considered one of Thailand's top five tourist destinations thanks to the development of three water parks (eg Vana Nava in Hua Hin, which is an extreme water park for the whole family), floating markets, sheep farms, cultural attractions such as Plearnwan, large shopping centres, golf courses and sports. The climate is considered to be Thailand's best, with good weather throughout the year, both summer and winter.

The first floor holds a large terrace with garden furniture, a studio-style combined living room and kitchen and a bathroom. The corner kitchen, is complete with kitchen-ware, stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster and water kettle and a dinner table for six people. All rooms have air-conditioning. The second floor holds the master bedroom, which is equipped with a double bed and a dressing table and en suite bathroom. In addition there are two spacious bedrooms with two single beds each and a comfortable bathroom. All bedrooms are surrounded by terraces who has partly sea view. There are big windows/glass door all over the house which brings plenty of light to the house. There are also curtains/blinds for all the windows.

Staffed reception/club house 7 days a week. 24 hours security, True Vision cable TV with films, Disney channel, news channels etc. Free WiFi. Laundry service for a fee. Mini market. Service for booking of taxi, golf, motorbike, massage etc. Garage. Private WiFi will be installed during 2016, at the moment you can buy a card for the common WiFi.

We can help with the hiring of fully insured car at a good price (700-800 Baht per day), which is delivered directly to the house. We recommend renting either a bike or car, which gives a great mobility.

Electricity and water will be paid at check-out.

The area is a private area of privately owned villas, which makes the stay not suitable for those who want to have partytime, with much noise.
