1 bedroom apartment located 5mn from a metro station, 20mn from Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Sleeps 5 (1 queen size bed, 1 single bed, + 1 double sofa beds + crib available). Infant aged less than 3 yo not to be included in the number of guests. 3 NIGHTS MINIMUM. Fully equipped kitchen, safe, satellite TV, WIFI, dvd player, separate WC, shower, laundry (15€ per stay). Easy parking around the loft, quiet neighborhood close to shops (2 supermarkets, one bakery, a tabacco shop and a pharmacy). The apartment is on the ground floor (furnished garden from March 15th to October 15th).

The check-in time is 2pm (check-out 10 am). In case you arrive earlier you are welcome to drop off your luggage in advance. Please let us know when you plan to arrive, the number of persons. We supply cribs for your babies at no charge (babies are not included in maximum the total number of Guests). Furnished garden from 15th March to October 15th.

We will be there to greet you when you come. We accept late check-in, after 8:30pm we can leave the keys in a secured box at no extra charge. We require a 100€ security deposit upon arrival. Towels and linen are supplied and included in the cost of your letting.

The accomodation is located in the residential district of Pantin (north eastern continuation of Paris). Pantin shares with Paris the same commuting system (metro and bus). The metro station is Bobigny Pantin Raymond Queneau (5mn from the loft). Distances door to door as are as follows:

The metro (working from 5am until 1:15am) is very convenient and safe to travel throughout Paris where the traffic is very dense.
It is free to park your car around the apartment, the area is safe. Feel free to ask any question you may have before booking.

Facilité de stationnement, proximité commerces, calme et résidentiel. Jardin meublé du 15/03 au 15/10.
L'appartement est situé au rez-de chaussée sur cours intérieure.
L'heure d'arrivée est 15h et de départ à 10h. Vous pouvez arriver plus tôt et laisser vos bagages pour les récupérer plus tard.
Avant votre arrivée il convient de communiquer la composition du groupe et le nombre d'enfants âgés de moins de 14 ans ainsi que les bébés. Un dépôt de garantie de 100€ est demandé à votre arrivée.
Nous pouvons vous accueillir à toute heure (système de clé récupérable boîtier codé).

Le métro reste un moyen de transport sûr et rapide qui fonctionne de 5h à 1h15 du matin. La circulation automobile est difficile durant l'année à l'exception du mois d'août où le stationnement est souvent gratuit. Il est possible de se garer à proximité du logement pour ceux qui souhaitent se rendre à Pantin en voiture. Le stationnement est gratuit.
