THE HOUSE: Constructed of Double Brick, well insulated with high ceilings and quiet and Private. The property features a Tall Wall outside for extra privacy. The block of land is 720 sq mts and has a lovely large Swimming POOL with its own entertaining area. A Private Backyard is a nice area to relax and enjoy the native bushes and flowers.
LOCATION: 18 minutes from the center of Perth an within walking distance to Major Shopping Centers, restaurants, Parks, Tennis Courts, Medical centers, Cinemas etc. A Nature Native Park ( 5 minutes away) is a must see to enjoy our Kangaroos roaming aroung freely. Some with joeys in their pouches at this time of the year.
TRANSPORT: Public Transport stops mts away from property which makes a connection with the Train to take you to the C.B.D. or go further to visit other smaller cities like Freemantle, Rockingham and Mandurah. You can also visit some Natural Undergroung Caves by train. These are located north in a natural bushland setting where our Koalas and Kangaroos are to be seen
