The ROOMS  are fully furnished with Imported  Quality  furniture, Reverse Cycle AIR-CONDITIONER, Queen size bed, Large CHEST OF DRAWERS, desk, computer chair, own T.V., Wardrobe and NIGHT TABLE.  Please note that the Entire house  is not  available for Rent.  FREE Use of Kitchen, Laundry, Pool etc.

LOCATION:  Hillarys is about 18 Km. from the City Centre of PERTH. The property is located within walking distance of a Major SHOPPING CENTRE, beautiful PARKS where you can appreciate the beautiful flora and fauna that Australia has to offer.  5 minutes away and you can visit a natural open Park with Kangaroos roaming free often with joeys in their pouches with natural flora and fauna and most attractive lakes.

AMENITIES:  Hillarys is a much sought after Suburb, located right on the Coast Line and a few minutes from pristine beaches.  The HILLARYS BOAT HARBOR and W.A. AQUARIUM are worth visiting where you will find a huge a number of Specialty Stores, Restaurants, entertaiment for Children, Function Center and a Typical Australian PUB.
At this spot you might want to take the FERRY to visit ROTTNEST ISLAND where youy can become aquainted with a typical native marsupial: the QUOKA.  They are very friendly and often eat out of your hand. You can also hire a bycicle and do the round of the Island to visit the amazing beaches it has to offer.

THE HOUSE:  the property sits on a 720 Sq. mt. land.  You will appreciate its private setting and the personal privacy it offers.  All Rooms are very Large with high ceilings.  There is a separate Dining Room and Huge  well appointed KITCHEN with every appliance to meet your needs.  The Living Room is very large and has a 55 inch LED T.V. comfortable furniture and a large seleccion of D.V.D's for your enjoyment.  A Swimming POOL with a CABANA is a popular spot for my guests.

TRANSPORT:  The Public Bus stops within meters of the property which connects with the TRAIN to take you to the Center of PERTH or further up north to visit other touristy sights with Natural UNDERGROUND CAVES and protected Bushland.
