Just remodeled, cozy bedroom and living room with large private bathroom, and mini kitchenette includes: mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, plates, utensils, mugs, glassware. The place can sleep up to 4 people, there is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room area where two people can sleep confortably.
The Neighborhood:
It is the perfect location in the perfect place. No where in the country can you live in such beautiful nature and yet be in the middle between 2 cities, Scottsdale and Phoenix. You can walk, hike, bike, mountain climb, shop, and have great dining experiences at any of the 8 full service resorts or unique local restaurants all with in walking distance.
Getting arround:
The town of Paradise valley offers a free trolley from few of the resorts in the area taking you to downtown Scottsdale where you can connect to other trolley routes to explore what Scottsdale has to offer. Uber, and Discount cab are also a popular option to go anywhere. If you want to rent a vehicle to get around in your own terms the airport has all the rental companies for you to choose from, parking is not a problem in the property or around around the city.
Other things to Note:
There is parking for one car however no need to rent a car. Free shuttle service to downtn Scottsdale and city bus service to downtown Phoenix and to the light rail to Tempe or Mesa.
