Great Location for the business traveler or vacationer. Relax in the jacuzzi with views of Camelback mountain. The house is less than 5 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Our home is located in the upscale Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix and borders on Scottsdale. Less than 5 miles to Scottsdale Fashion Square, Old Town Scottsdale, and numerous restaurants, shops, theaters, night clubs, golf courses, baseball spring training. View Camelback Mountain as you sit in the backyard spa. Business or pleasure this is an excellent location! this is a shared rental. You will be guests in our home and share the house with us and our 2 friendly dogs. We have 2 bedrooms in our home that we rent out at a flat rate per room. Bedroom one has a queen bed and attached bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bathroom in the hall. Each room can accommodate maximum of 2 people and the price is $60 per room per night. $325 per room per week $1200 per room per month (month is 4 weeks) Guests have full kitchen privileges to cook any meal. No need to use the vacation $ to eat every meal out. However when you do want to dine out you are 10 minutes from the heart of Scottsdale and all the fine restaurants and clubs. The home has cable TV, internet, and a jacuzzi spa on the back porch for you to enjoy. It is a great area for hiking and taking walks along the canal. We are happy to help you with travel plans and answer any questions you may have about activities in the area. We have 2 friendly dogs. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.
