A three bedroom penthouse located on the second floor (only two flights of stairs - no lift) of a block of only two units. Although situated on the outskirts of Victoria the penthouse is still only a 5 minute walk away from the town centre. All three bedrooms are well appointment and consist of two double rooms and one twin.

The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room while a family shower room is also available. The bedrooms are equipped with airconditioning (both heating and cooling) on a pay-as-you-go basis (coin meter).
