Rental Details
The house is a typical Gozitan farmhouse built 300 years ago
converted to high standards whilst retaining its centuries old
character. Located in the heart of Nadur the proprety is just five
minute away to the main square. The farmhouse has kept all its original
features and no stone has been left unturned in order to make the
property as environmentally friendly as possible.
Free car park outside the property. The main structure is the oldest
part of the house with the kitchen, a small and cosy coffe lounge , a
communal bathroom and a large and comfortable living/dining room
provided with WI-FI internet access and home theatre where you can chill
out watching TV, listening to music, reading or just relaxing. Three
bedrooms all with ensuite bath/shower are located at the top floor , one
of them large enough to accommodate an extra foldable bed for two
people. A large swimming pool and lounge deck area with a fully equipped
barbecue separates the main structure from the new one, a two floored
block which hosts two ensuite double bedrooms. Breakfast is served daily
( continental or full English ) in the communal outside area and, on
request, packed lunch can be arranged. You may even decide to join the
hosts for evening meals.
