DISCOVER VINTAGE VEGAS!
This home is a Historic Downtown 1950s architectural Las Vegas duplex with one shared solid brick wall. This Mid Century Modern 1954 home was designed by famed Los Angeles Case Study Program architect, A. Quincy Jones (F.A.I.A.)! It has been successfully restored completed with a new Dingbat out front! The developers, Pardee Phillips, built this neighborhood as a part of the historic core of Las Vegas, then it transitioned to labor-force residents. Now it is transitional again with artists and cultural leaders moving in.

Your hostess, wrote the seminal architecture tour guide, Mondo Vegas - Touring Mid Century Modern Las Vegas! We are happy to share touring tips with you. We also have lots of Las Vegas guide books, magazines and maps AND loads of info on visiting Los Angeles and Southern California in general.

Our former vacation rental by owner property was called The Caddyshack - and it was reknowned to be the very best Vintage Vegas rental in the city. It even has its own(website hidden)page! COMMON FAQ ANSWERS
• The house and neighborhood are safe. We would not live here otherwise! We often walk or ride our bikes - day or night.
• We are in an urban environment, blocks from a major intersection, but this is a quiet street.
• Guests can enter the house 24/7 during their stay (no curfews)
• Check-In at 3 pm, but you can drop your bags off earlier.
• Check-Out is 12 noon, but you can leave your bags at the house for the rest of the day.
• Early Check-In or late Check-Out is possible depending on availability.
