Stunning Studio in Huntridge

Our comfortable studio in Las Vegas' historic Huntridge neighborhood is convenient to the Strip, downtown, the Arts District and more. Enjoy a relaxing queen bed, fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, 32" smart LED TV (with Netflix, M-Go, and Amazon Instant), cozy loveseat, and washer/dryer.

Recently started a lending library for movies. A blu-ray player and AppleTV(HBO, Showtime are active) have been installed in the studio and guests can request a movie that we currently own from a list, stream digital copies of the movie, or you can use Redbox at your convenience!

The Space
The studio is quaint and has everything you would need. It has a queen-sized pillow top bed, loveseat, desk/dining table combo, full kitchen, a Keurig machine and washer/dryer.

Guest Access
The studio is private and you will have everything you need. Key will be provided when you check in.

Interaction with Guests
I will be available for the guests as needed. I live in the main house and if you need anything, you just need to text me and I will be available as long as we don't have any doctors' appointments or errands to run.

The Neighborhood
Huntridge is a historic, residential neighborhood. It is a very quiet neighborhood close to Downtown, the Famous Las Vegas Strip, the Las Vegas Convention Center, Premium Outlets North, and the Smith Center.

Getting around
I highly suggest you have a car. There is a private parking spot for you right by your front door. Public transportation within walking distance (less than a mile). You can always call for a cab but that gets expensive.

Other Things to Note
An AppleTV and Blu-ray Player are provided for use with our lending library.

Netflix and M-Go services are provided for you.

We have a small friendly senior dog and one perky mini poodle that use the common backyard. If you plan to bring pets, they need to be under 50 lbs. and certain breeds are not allowed. We can discuss arrangements if you are serious with booking the space.
