C. TRANSPORTATION
You won't need a car with the great access to public transit from this location, but if you do have one we have parking spots available for $20/night (please book in advance!). Also we will have Zipcar “Wheels When You Want Them” and Car2Go rental cars and Capital Bike Share bikes parked around the neighborhood for your convenience in getting from point A to B. You can rent by the hour, for that trip to the grocery store, or by the day so you can venture out to see Monticello or Gettysburg. Sign up online.

DuPont Place is located in the heart of the city, DuPont Circle, a vibrant neighborhood with stately brownstones and beautiful tree lined streets. It is a great location from which to experience Washington, DC. The neighborhood is at the intersection of fashionable Connecticut Avenue, and Massachusetts Avenue’s Embassy Row, so as you would expect, it is filled with wonderful restaurants, boutiques, cafes, galleries and grassy parks; plus the Sunday DuPont Circle Farmers Market is the best in the city. You are just 4 blocks from the Red Line Metro Station at DuPont Circle, and can walk to historic Georgetown, museums, historic homes, George Washington University, The World Bank and IMF, and think tanks among other points of interest.
