Fully refurbished, luxurious and completely furnished one-bedroom apartment, located in a lovely area of Tbilisi, 2 minutes walk from the Palace of Sports and the Holiday Inn Tbilisi.

This tastefully decorated apartment is conveniently located to sites of interest that Tbilisi can offer.

It is our ambition to help our guests to get most of their stay in Tbilisi and show them real Georgian hospitality.

Should guests be in need of a smaller space, we could rent out the apartment excluding the living room (we will simply lock the living room) for considerably lower nightly / weekly rate.

At the pre-arranged time, guest(s) will be awaited by representative of the landlord in the apartment, who will hand the keys to the guest(s). Alternatively, we can arrange for the collection of guests from the airport and / or transporting guests to the airport at the conclusion of their stay at the apartment.

A representative of the landlord will go to collect the keys when guest(s) will be checking out.

The check in time is any time after 2 p.m. (unless agreed otherwise).
Check out time is any time before midday (unless agreed otherwise).

We do not require a security deposit but will ask guests to supply a photocopy of the main page of each guest's passport.

Guests should be aware that they will be required prior to checking out to pay fair and reasonable compensation for any damage they have caused to the apartment or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.
