Apartment has one room, living room and bedroom together, fully equipped small kitchen and bathroom. Apartment is located on the second floor and bathroom on the first floor of the house. Apartment has iron door, inside wooden steps and all necessary furniture and home appliances to accommodate 2-3 people.

Tour program is the following: if the apartment is booked for 2 nights, one day free tour will be available in 100-150 km radios around Tbilisi (One of the following places: David Gareja, Signagi, Ananuri or Uplistsikhe). If the Apartment is booked for 3 nights, one day free tour will be provided in 150-200 km radius around Tbilisi (One of the following places: David Gareja-Signagi, Ananuri-Kazbegi, Gori-Uplistsikhe, Telavi-Kvareli, or Borjomi-Akhaltsikhe). If apartment is booked for 4 nights, two days free tours will be provided in 100-150 km radius from Tbilisi. If the apartment is booked for 5 nights, 2 days free tour will be provided in 150-200 km radius from Tbilisi. If apartment is booked for 6 days, 3 days tours will be available for free (One of the following places: David Gareja-Signagi, Ananuri-Kazbegi, Gori-Uplistsikhe, Telavi-Kvareli, Borjomi-Akhaltsikhe, Kutaisi-Sataplia-Prometeus, or Martvili-Okatse-Kinchkha canyons) and so on. Apartment is located near Central Train Station, Childreen Attraction Park Mushtaidi and Football Stadium Dinamo. There are trade Malls, commercial centers, food markets (bazaar), supermarkets, restaurants, cafe-bars, banks, pharmacies, hospitals and entertainment centers in walking distance from the house. There are famous Georgian Restaurant Machakhela and Mac-Donalds just in 50 meters from the house.
