We have nice furnished rooms available in our 4 bedroom fully furnished house. Monthly rent is $300, which includes:

*access to all the common areas (equipped kitchen, living and dinning room, laundry room, patio and yard) *you can also feel free to use our DVD and book collection

We are located in the residential neighborhood of Los Colegios, in Moravia. Just 15 minutes away from downtown San Jose, and 20min. away from San Pedro. We are within walking distance to supermarkets, grocery stores, banks, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. Plus there is a little park right across the street from us. Also, we are within walking distance to Lincoln Plaza, a newly opened mall (with movie theaters) just a few blocks from the house.

* Transportation is very accessible since the bus stops right across the street from the house. This makes it an ideal location for people who want to use San Jose as a base to travel the rest of the country, without having to live in downtown *

The house offers a very relaxed and safe environment, with respectful and easy going roommates.
