Our apartment is situated on the border with KREUZBERG in the new trendy area "Kreuzkölln", near the banks of Weigand and only 5 km to the Potsdamer Platz. It has the charm of an old building is modernized, high quality furnishings and wonderfully quiet.
Since we do not always use the apartment ourself, we like to find nice, reliable, non-smoking guests without animal husbandry.
The parking situation in front of the house is free.
2 minutes to bus stop
5 minutes to Metro (U 7): Rathaus Neukölln
