Cozy Artist Studio Apartment In Neukölln

Welcome to our cozy artist shop and apartment in Neukölln, the creative and multicultural part of Berlin. - the apartment - the living room is furnished with a double sleeping couch, stereo, another bed for a single person and everything what a living room needs to be cozy. On the front window of the shop-apartment we installed a comfortable working bar, where you can sit and work, while watching the people walk outside - like in your favourite cafe! In the bedroom a huge sleeping plateau was built, where two people comfortly can rest. Under the plateau you will find a chillout area and a wardrobe to store your things. the kitchen is basically equipped: stove, fridge and of course plates, cutlery and everything you might need to cook a delicious meal, have breakfast, coffee... spices and tea are provided as well. the bathroom has recently been renovated. its beautifully done with elegant grey tiling and direct light from the garden. you have a big shower, wash basin and towel warmer. WIFI function through a USB adapter. Linen and towels are provided as well. The area were the apartment is located is one of Berlins sweet spots. The district Neukölln is known for its alternative influences and multi-cultural population. Cozy cafes, funny shops and creative restaurants are appearing everywhere in the neighborhood go ahead and discover your favourite place...! There is also the famous park Tempelhof a few corners away. Its Europes biggest green area inside a city center and a very nice place to pass a sunny day and see the urbal gardening projects and people doing lot of fun sports, playing music or relaxing in the nature... You are very well connected to the other parts of the city by the underground, which is just around the next street corner (Ubahn / underground U8 - Leinestrasse + S-bahn Hermannstrasse ). To reach the districts Mitte / Friedrichshain / Prenzlauer Berg you will take aprox. 10 / 15 / 20 Minutes. There is also bus connections and of course plenty of possibilities to rent bikes (highly recommended for summer!)
