This air-conditioned studio apartment in Calangute is located in Keiran Park. Conveniently located for Central Calangute, this apt is suitable for those who want to be close to bars/restaurants and only a 10-minute walk to the beach. This neat looking well-appointed apartment is in the perfect location for a Goa holiday. Right in the heart of Calangute all the shops, restaurants, clubs and beach with its beach shacks are just a short stroll away. This studio apartment is well ventilated as it gets the cooling breezes. However there is an air conditioning in the living room for those who require it. This studio apartment: There are 2 twin beds and a small sofa bed, (for two little people!), with ceiling fans, one communal newly tiled fresh looking bathroom. Combined, large Living and bed area, a sofa bed for a child, a separate generous kitchen. TV, Tata Sky Satellite, (English Films & Premier Football). Large private terrace, (effectively a super-large balcony!) plus additional balcony.
There is a large sun deck, which overlooks the pool, The living room can sit 2 and has a balcony leading from it. Kitchen has a kettle, toaster, hot plate, grill. Crockery and utensils are provided to help with those holiday breakfasts. This studio can accommodate four people. The property is located at 15°32'35.1"N 73°46'05.1"E There is a weekly clean and linen change included in the price. For a small charge we can arrange your transfer from the Airport/Rail Station/Bus station. NOTE - The swimming pool maybe empty, during the Monsoon period July-October periodically for maintenance. This apartment is top floor. Calangute.....It’s where many people want to be for their Goa holiday. The beach is within walking distance; the shops and restaurants are also just minutes away. Its vibrant and a taste of India as you interact with locals getting on with their daily lives down the high street. No need of a taxi to get to daily activities. They are however readily available should you want to explore further. There are lots to choose from. If you want to be more independent than bike or car hire is easily done. Buses to Candolim, Arpora, Mapusa, Anjuna, Panji run close by. We are here to take care of maintenance issues and provide a weekly clean with clean bed linen and towels provided once a week. We are just an SMS/text message away if problems arise. We would like guests to treat this property as they would expect guests to treat their home. Please no smoking inside the apartment, it is allowed on the balcony only. All guests must respect others. No noise after 10pm and respect the site pool rules. No clothes are to be hung over the front balcony facing the pool. All foreign passport holders MUST bring with them 2 x passport photos of each guest to be handed to the keyholder on arrival, along with Passport Copies & Visa Copies. Indian Guests must provide proof of residence ie driving license. Calangute is Goa's flagship beach and it plays an irreplaceable role in the state's tourism sweepstakes. Stretching over an expanse of seven kilometres, Calangute beach is known by the sobriquet the 'Queen of Beaches' for its pre-eminence among the scenic beaches that dot the Goan landscape. Due to its extreme popularity, Calangute beach beckons tourists and backpackers from all over the world and can be quite busy at times especially peak season. Wherever you stay in Calangute you are not more than a few minutes walk away from good quality restaurants that sell affordable and great value food to tempt all. All Indian, Chinese and Europeans foods are generally catered for. Calangute beach offers an opportunity to enjoy great time with involvement in the water sport activities—surfing, water skiing and parasailing amongst others. Beach shacks are dotted all over Calangute beach offering refreshing drinks and good food, evening entertainment and night BBQs are available on the beach after dark. Calangute is the perfect tourist haven, completed with shacks and stalls under the shade of palm trees selling everything from fried prawns and beer, to trinkets made of seashells. Calangute's nightlife is surprisingly tame and provides a nice break from the wild parties at Anjuna. All but a handful of the bars wind up by 10.00 pm. One notable exception is Tito's at the Baga end of the beach, which stays open until after midnight in the off-season and into the small hours of the morning in late December and January. The river at Baga locates Mackie’s Saturday Night Bazaar. The Wednesday flea market at Anjuna Beach and the Saturday night market at Arpora are both close by as well, and will satisfy even the best shopaholics.
