Our guesthouse is about 5 minutes scooter ride (1 km) from Calangute beach and about 3 minutes from Calangute main market. Palm has 3 bedrooms, one large hall and 3 baths/toilets: *One bedroom with split AC, double bed, attached toilet/bath and verandah. Also has ceiling fan, cupboard and space for two mattresses on the floor. *2nd bedroom with split AC, double bed, ceiling fan and cupboard. Has space for one mattress on floor. *3rd bedroom (split AC) has 4 single beds and ceiling fan. Also, has attached washroom. *Hall (non AC) with ceiling fan, 2 single beds, TV, fridge, sofa, dining table. The 3rd toilet is accessible from the hall. We have solar water heating. *Front balcony. We do housekeeping daily; cleanliness is our top priority. Laundry is not allowed in the apartment. We do laundry at below market rates.
