This 2-room apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of a 4-storey building just a 5-minute walk from Chernyshevskaya metro station. The main claim to fame of this apartment with only a few pieces of furniture is its modern exquisite design and superb facilities – it’s just the right place to divert your attention from the strenuous pace of life. The flat consists of a bedroom (20 sq.m.) furnished with a comfy double bed and a sitting room (31 sq.m.) with a foldout sofa, a glass coffee-table with a chair, a TV-set. The adjoining kitchen area is equipped with all the necessary household appliances in mint condition: a fridge, a gas oven, a washing machine. In the bathroom (10 sq. m.) one can relax in Jacuzzi, besides this bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a bidet, a shower cubicle, and a toilet. Double glazed windows are facing the courtyard. Entrance to the apartment is from the courtyard, there's intercom on the building door.
Guests should come to the booking department office on Karavannaya street 7, in order to collect their keys and pay for accommodation & services (daily from 9 am until 9 pm).
Regular check in time is 14.00, check out 12.00. Guests arriving after 9pm should contact the office at least 1 day in advance to arrange check-in.
If required, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the office on arrival/departure date.
