This one-bedroom apartment is situated on the fourth floor of a 4-floor building in the very heart of St.Petersburg, two minutes away from metro station “Vladimirskaya” and “Dostoyevskaya”. A bright living room (18 sq.m.) comprises two sofas, one of which folds out, a coffee table, TV and DVD player. Multilevel lighting and warm color spectrum will create comfort and relaxing atmosphere. There is a king-size bed with bedside tables, a wardrobe in the bedroom (14,5 sq.m). The dining area (12,5 sq.m.) includes a suite, a dining table with chairs, a gas stove, electric kettle and microwave oven. A split bathroom is equipped with a bath, two sinks, toilet and a washing machine. Balcony and plastic windows are facing the courtyard, which allows you to enjoy the silence, even being in the city center. Access to the apartment is from the yard.
The closest sights are Alexandrinsky Theatre, Ostrovskogo square, Anichkov bridge, St.Michael’s castle and Square of Arts. Such famous tourist attractions as Hermitage, Palace Square, St.Isaac’s cathedral, , Kazansky cathedral, Admiralty are just a 15-minute walk . The closest metro station is Gostiny Dvor; Moskovsky Railway Terminal is 1.2 km away. These apartments are a 30-minute drive from Saint Petersburg Airport Pulkovo (15km).
