The apartment features a fully stocked open concept kitchen and living room with as well as a table for table for three and comfortable couch seating. There is a 42" plasma tv with cable for your viewing pleasure. There is also WiFi on site.

There is one separate bedroom with a large closet and dresser. There is desk and chair for workspace, and the space is complete with a brand new bathroom featuring a large stand alone shower.

There is a washer and dryer and free parking on the property.

If you are looking for public transit - the bus stop is a 60 second walk from the house and goes straight to Main Street Subway Station when heading downtown.

Our bungalow is situated across the street from a serene five acre park featuring a kids' playground, wading pool, soccer field and lighted baseball diamond.

Situated in the west upper bluffs area of Toronto, you are a five minute drive from the Beaches neighbourhood and a very short walk to amenities along Kingston Road including:
