Upstairs you will also find a very large master bedroom with huge closet and a smaller, cozy 2nd bedroom. The upstairs is complete with a newly renovated bathroom with tub and shower.

There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer and free parking for two vehicles on the property.

If you are looking for public transit - the bus stop is a 60 second walk from the house and goes straight to Main Street Subway Station when heading downtown.

Our bungalow is situated across the street from a serene five acre park featuring a kids' playground, wading pool, soccer field and lighted baseball diamond.

Situated in the west upper bluffs area of Toronto, you are a five minute drive from the Beaches neighbourhood and a very short walk to amenities along Kingston Road including:
