Charming Duplex in the Gothic Quarter

Charming duplex in the heart of Barcelona’s gothic quarter. Centrally located on a pedestrian street near Las Ramblas and Placa Real. Near Metros Drassanes and Liceu. Just a short 10 min stroll to the beach and port. The duplex is full equipped with ac, heating, WiFi, full kitchen, iron, hair dryer,tv, dvd, stereo, orange juice maker, coffee maker, fresh linens and towels. There is one bedroom with a double bed upstairs and 2 comfortable single sofa beds downstairs in the living room.

The entrance to the duplex is at street level and as you enter you walk up some steps (to 1st floor above street level) to bedroom and bathroom and downstairs to living room and kitchen. There is a large hanging closet in the bedroom. The entire space measures 45m2 and has everything you will need for your vacation rental. You might want to bring your own towel for the beach. We provide our guests with a map indicating our favorite restaurants for you to enjoy authentic as well as more experimental Spanish cuisine.
