The apartment is in a central location, walking distance from the Old City, Plaza Espanya and the sea. The closest metro station, Poble Sec (Line3) is less than 5 min. walk. From here you will be able to enjoy from Barcelona with easy access to all main city attractions. In the building you will find a very nice communal terrace where you can enjoy Barcelona's lovely weather. The terrace is open every day from 10 to 19pm. In addition, there is a reception open during week days until 19pm. This brand new apartment is located in a building from 1893 that has been recently completely renovated and it’s located in Poble Sec, one of the artist neighborhoods of Barcelona. There's a contemporary photography gallery on the reception (opened during the week), and every apartment is decorated with photographs by the internationaly and recognized photographer Enrique Rottenberg. All the apartments are exterior, with light coming in in the two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a king-size bed and exit to the balcony. The bathroom has a comfortable shower. The apartment has been decorated in a rustic, industrial way, keeping some of the original features such as wood beams and arcs in the ceiling and brick walls, as well as the beautiful wooden doors and ceramic floors along the entrance hall. It’s ideal for 4 people, but they can accommodate up to 5. There is heating and air conditioning in every room. The kitchen is an open space and fully equipped with all the facilities, electric stove, micro/grill, toaster, water boiler, juice and coffee maker, pots and pans and all other cooking utensils.
