Central, comfortable one bedroom apartment just a 15 minutes walk (or 5 minutes by bus) from Old Town. Modern, clean and quiet it comfortably fits two people plus an extra two on the sofa bed if need be. Located on the top floor with lift, the apartment is very bright and and it has been recently renovated.

The place is fully accessorized to make you feel home right from the start! Free wireless internet connection, dozens of cable TV channels, washing machine in case you need to do your laundry, toaster, kettle, dish-washer and ironing tools.

If you are travelling by car, free parking space is available in the gated courtyard.
If not, bus and tram stops (as well as the medieval Old Town) are at walking distance.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Me or my wife will meet you at the agreed time at the apartment.
We will show you the place, provide a map of Tallinn and, if you want, give you some inside local information, based on your interest on where to go, eat and how to get around in Tallinn.

We live in an apartment not far away so we are always available in case you need assistance with anything.

If you have any special wishes, please let us know in advance. We can help you with restaurant reservations, car rental & theatre tickets etc.

We will do our very best to make your stay comfortable!

We speak English, Italian and Estonian.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located in the friendly and characteristic neighbourhood of Uus Maailm with local restaurants, fantastic bakeries, a big nearby shopping mall (Kristiine keskus) and public playground if you are travelling with children.

If you are in Tallinn in September, head to their street festival and enjoy a diverse program of just about everything funky you'd want to do.

HOUSE RULES
We expect friendly and responsible guests, who treat the apartment as if it were their own and leave it in the condition they found it in. No loud music allowed after 11.00 PM. No parties, smoking or pets.
