Beautiful family garden house with a view is a unique Mediterranean house that offers a perfect vacation for everyone who is looking for something different, authentic and unconventional. It is located in the most exclusive part of Budva Riviera.

Built in original style of early modernism, house with its yard glorifies the joy of life ☺. It is furnished in the vintage Mediterranean style and offers comfort and peace of an isolated garden/terrace that surrounds it. A stunning view, natural olive tree shadow, an open air kitchen with barbecue and specific microclimate that brings fresh mountain air on hot summer days will surely make you lazy going on the beach even it’s only 3 minutes walking distance.

The thing is, our place is definitely unique because you'll never need to stay inside of a house, except for sleeping. Although we sometimes sleep outside, just for the stars :)

It is highly suitable for families with children.

You'll always be able to invite your friends to come here and enjoy a great dinner or just for a drink and one of the most beautiful sunset watching. We do not have strict behavior policy, but what we expect from our guests is to take care as if they were in their own house, because most of the things we collected and treasured for years!

The best thing about this location (Pržno) is that it rests in the heart of the Montenegrin Riviera, between the booming extravagance that is Budva and the charmingly old town-on-the-rock of Sveti Stefan (St Stefan). Small fishing village adapted into a touristic resort with a lovely sandy beach is surrounded by olive groves of exceptional value, which is why the entire area is enlisted as a protected nature reserve. The sunset watching from this beach is something you shouldn't miss!

In the vicinity of the beach (as well as our house) are newly renovated "Maestral hotel" and a string of taverns and cafes. Food in restaurants is more than good, local population are more than hosts and there is a walk path in the shade of the cedar trees which goes all the way to St Stefan.

Pržno is only seven kilometers (3.4 miles) from Budva’s amazing nightlife. During the season the mini buses run every 15 minutes, and during the semi-season every 30 minutes. It is approximately 15 minutes away with taxi, or 20 minutes away with a bus. Apart from nightclubs by the sea and music festivals, Budva also offers theatrical plays and symphonies on the open stage inside the Old Town, fabulous pebbled beaches, luxurious hotels, renowned restaurants serving fish and local cuisine, gorgeous Mediterranean vegetation, services and shops, craftworks, exclusive boutiques, perfumeries, souvenir shops and many other tourist attractions.
