Ground floor begins with vestibule with toilet and shower, stone staircases that lead to upper floor terrace with a view; spacious tavern and kitchen. From 1st floor balcony you are entering living room, here is one more kitchen and bathroom. Wooden staircases lead to second floor with two bedrooms, one with a view and another with it’s own terrace.
House has central heating, which makes it suitable for staying during winter season as well.

The best thing about this location is that it rests in the heart of the Montenegrin Riviera, between the booming extravagance that is Budva and the charmingly old town-on-the-rock of Sveti Stefan (St Stefan). Small fishing village adapted into a touristic resort with a lovely sandy beach is surrounded by olive groves of exceptional value, which is why the entire area is enlisted as a protected nature reserve. The sunset watching from this beach is something you shouldn't miss!

Alongside of house spread Maestral resort & casino and a string of taverns and cafes. In high season place is very live. Food in restaurants is more than good, local population are more than hosts and there is a walk path in the shade of the cedar trees which goes all the way to St Stefan.

Pržno is only seven kilometers (3.4 miles) from Budva’s amazing nightlife. During the season the mini buses run every 15 minutes, and during the semi-season every 30 minutes.
