Looking for a modern nice apartment in the Historical Centre of Cusco fully furnished, 2 bedrooms apartment only at 10 - 15 minutes walking slowly from the Main Square and close to the main attractions, supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Outside in front of the apartment there is a soccer, basketball field and a parking lot.
This apartment is the perfect find - first world conveniences in a great typical neighborhood, has 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms including hot water showers, 1 living room (tv, dvd player, stereo, etc) , 1 kitchen (Refrigerator, oven with stove, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, full cooking and eating supplies), and a combined lounge and dining room with comfortable furniture. It also has a large rooftop patio with a 360 degree amazing view of the entire city and surrounding mountains. The price of the rent includes WIFI, electricity, Cable TV and water.

Not Included: Beverages, food & vegetables, use of the propane gas for the stove and oven, etc

Please note that:
- We will provide clean sheets every 5 days
- The cleaning of the whole apartment can be done every 3 days; extra price: US$10
- Laundry service is provided for US$1 per pound

FOR EXTRA US$4 PER PERSON WE CAN PROVIDE BREAKFAST (ONLY FROM 7 – 10 AM) EACH DAY

For 4 people in the 2 rooms we will use:
- 1 queen bed and 2 single beds
- 1 king bed and 1 queen bed
- 4 single beds

For 5 people we will use:
- 1 queen bed, 1 single bed + 1 bunk bed
- 3 single beds + 1 bunk bed
