Unusual in Belize. Very hip space. Outside private spa waterfall shower is glorious. All this on a manicured property close to the beach, world class restaurants and local stores and local restaurants. The whole island has a village atmosphere.
You will be in your own private romantic setting.
I have two bikes for you to use at no charge! My home is a short walk or ride to the beach where you can either swim or go to town. In my neighbourhood there are restaurants and grocery stores. A great bakery too! The neighbourhood is Belizean and the home sits at the end of an un paved street. We are surrounded by trees and birds! It is a central american village like neighbourhood. San Pedro also has a village feel.
Also for the birders out there....I have the following birds confirmed in my garden
Golden-fronted woodpecker
Tropical mockingbird
Altamira oriole
Orchard oriole
Bananaquit
Black-headed Trogon
Great-tailed gackle
Cinnamon-sided hummingbird

You may have breakfast with the upstairs guests for a nominal charge. I am friendly and helpful!
There is a large deck with a cool breeze and a huge yard. My hypoallergenic sweet Labradoodle, Darwin, is my constant companion. Everyone loves him!
I love waking up to bird song. You will too! It is peaceful here and night time is quiet. But if you want night time action, its close by.
Walk, use my bikes or rent a golf cart are the main means of transportation. Let me help you decide!
