This rental is in a peaceful 6 unit complex and features 2 story townhouse apartments. We live furthest off the street so noise is minimal, and this is a quiet complex regardless... good for those looking to relax and unwind! This is an LGBT friendly space. No more guests than those on reservation (i.e. no parties, please)

Guests will have access to the entire apartment: living room, kitchen, both bathrooms (1.5 bath), both bedrooms, and the patio. A third bed can be made of the couch with the ottoman for the 5th person or we have a blow-up mattress, too!

Given you will have our entire apartment, we will likely be away or staying elsewhere during your stay in SB. That being said, if we are still in town (likely staying down the road), we will be happy to share key places to visit and our favorites in town.

This is our NEW neighborhood! Although we used to live just 4 blocks away... Everything is accessible by foot from here: 5 minute walk (3 blocks) to the new Santa Barbara Public Market, 15-20 minute walk to the Paseo Nuevo mall and 30 minute walk to the beach!

The bus depot is just a few blocks from here and the train station is a quick 5 minute cab ride. Santa Barbara airport is a 20 minute cab ride north of here.

There is a Downtown Trolley which starts and ends 5 blocks from here which is great to get up and down state street. $.50 for each ride.

Help yourself to tea and coffee while you are here. We will help you with recommendations to any and all places as you request!

No Parties. No additional guests aside from those approved on reservation. No pets. No smoking on the property. There is a great park (Alameda Park) down the street where you can host a picnic :)

We wear no shoes in the house! Bring cools socks, if you'd like.

Before 8 a.m. and after 10 p.m., please abide by LOW neighborly noise levels, this is a mixed age complex and in general a quiet space. Be very respectful of neighbors. Noise complaints by neighbors is grounds for forfeiting of deposit.
