Cozy Room Right in Downtown SB

Thanks for considering our spare room for your trip to Santa Barbara! Should you desire your vacation to be car-free... this is your spot.

Cozy comfortable space available steps from all the sights in downtown Santa Barbara. 

 

This is our NEW neighborhood! Although we used to live just 4 blocks away... Everything is accessible by foot from here: 5 minute walk (3 blocks) to the new Santa Barbara Public Market, 15-20 minute walk to the Paseo Nuevo mall and 30 minute walk to the beach! Really, everything Santa Barbara has to offer is walkable from our apartment. Within a 3 minute walk you have the State Street and all it has to offer, a tasty cupcakery, delicious breakfast burritos at Cantwells or scrambles at Judge for your self Cafe, sightseeing at the courthouse, the ducks at Alice Keck Park Gardens, local transport and MUCH MUCH more...

The room has a double bed and is cozy with a great view into the palm tree lined park. This upstairs 2-bedroom apartment is occupied by a young gay couple, and depending on when you come, we might also be here during your stay.

Access the wi-fi. Kitchen is fully equipped and all living spaces are communal. ONE off street sparking spot. 

There is one FULL comfortable bathroom in the apartment upstairs. This is a shared bathroom. There is a half-bath downstiars. 

One bike can also be made available, you'll just have to let me know ahead of time. Deposit may be required.

There is a TV in the living room,  and is hooked up to a DVD/ Blueray player and also connected to Hulu, HBO, and Netflix via Apple T.V. for movie and show watching.

 

Train station is a 25 minute walk or a short Waterfront trolley ride away. The SB Airport is 15 minutes north via car. Bus depot for local and Greyhound buses is a 10 minute walk. The Santa Barbara Airbus to LAX is a short 5 min cab ride.

No Parties. No additional guest aside from those approved on reservation. No pets. No smoking on the property.

We wear no shoes in the house! Bring cools socks, if you'd like.
