You will enjoy the view on the balcony in the living room and from the small balcony of the second bedroom; you can see the River Meuse. For total comfort, there is an independent laundry room.   Entrance The apartment is located on the 10th floor of a building with 2 elevators.    The Neighborhood The apartment is located in the city center and near the Guillemins train station, on one of the main road links of the city where a dozen of buses stop to reach the city’s hot spots.  The apartment is located in the center of many quarters, quickly accessible: 5 minutes away, you will be in the heart of the shopping area with various stores, restaurants and cafes but also movie theaters, Theater and Opera. Crossing the Meuse, you will reach the Mediacite in 10 minutes (a shopping center with more than 100 shops and open until 8pm during the week!), restaurants, snack bars, and even an ice-skating rink. The Guillemins quarter and train station is 10 minutes away. The train station which was inaugurated in 2009 by the architect Calatrava has since been expanded with various projects. You will feel peacefully at home and close to every facility: supermarkets, restaurants (a must-try facing the apartment “Huggy’s Bar”), bakeries, book stores…   Travel   By car? You will easily find the apartment thanks to the road links nearby. Parking space easily available by night around the boulevard. However, it is most difficult to park during the day. By bus? 3 minutes away, a bus stop will take you to all the city’s hot spots! By train? The Guillemin train station is 10-15 minutes’ walk away Want to ride your bicycle like Freddy?
