House San Pelegrin

A true beauty, hand built stone house is now available for you to experience what is known as a Dalmatian stone house. The owner rebuilt this old house where their grandfathers used to live while harvesting the oil grooves.

They took the renovation into the smallest detail to keep the Mediterranean spirit of the house and added some antiques from the local wood master, to upgrade the karma of the house. Highly comfortable with lots of love to local vegetation, they preserved the natural habitat of the house.

Inside you will find two bedrooms, both with double bed. It is comfortable for 4 adults or a family with up to 3 children if a baby cot is used for third. Inside is furnished with delicacy of the tradition of wood and stone, and continued to the terrace with a sea view.

You will recharge yourself, since no Wi-Fi is there, you will find a better connection and look at the natural beauties instead of a smartphone :) There is also an air condition, but since the stone is great at preventing the heat to enter the house.

Multiple bays around the house offer a unique experience on various beach types. From pebble to stone beaches, to sandy type on the other side of the island. There is something for everyone.

Pebble beach enthusiasts should visit the island very close to the house, the Proizd island (a local boat takes you there 4 times a day from Vela Luka to island Proizd, 20-minute ride one way).

Proizd island was selected as the most popular beach in the Adriatic Sea in 2008. It has 4 beautiful pebble beaches, one of which is nudist.

Stracincica, where the apartments are located, is a small bay 5 km away from Vela Luka (diametrically on the other side of the island of Korcula, where the historical town of Korcula lies).

To reach Stracincica, you need to drive past the local villages, only 10 min away Vela Luka where the ferry brings you from Split.

The bay doesn’t know mass tourism since it is a very quiet, peaceful bay with few tourists, and with no shops, restaurants and other similar facilities (all this is available at Vela Luka, a 10 minute-drive), so the experience of your holidays is a pure "just me, endless sea and peace".
