Rental Details
New building, very comfy, 2 bedrooms, main one with queen size bed, walk in closet and own balcony.
Second bedroom with bunk beds.
Very sunny, all bedrooms with blackout roller courtains, All with high quality mattresses!
1 Bath with tub, towels and hair dryier
DVD with lots of movies for that rainy day in winter.
I use the apt for myself when in Stgo, so I want you to be as comfortable as me when staying!
Great location, very nicely decorated two bedroom apt in residential neightbourhood.
Close to Parque Forestal & City center.
Stairs to Cerro San Cristobal 1 block away for your morning excercise! 5 min walk to subway station.

The Neightbourhood:
Very quiet neightbourhood, no traffic noise!
Supermarkets nearby, pharmacy at the corner and a variety of restaurantants.
Right under Cerro San Cristobal with its great views, excercise trails, Zoo and more.
The best part is that you are at walking distance from where everything is happening!, restaurants, bars, theatres, museums, etc...
You can google Patio Bellavista or Parque Forestal with its Modern Arts Museum, Barrio Lastarria and all the attractions of the city center, all at walking distance or very cheap taxi ride.
Getting around:
5 min from Metro (subway),
taxis running by all day/night.
rental bike shops nearby.
own parking if renting a car ($8/day)
Other stuff:
Flexible Check in! If Apt ready and you come early, no problem.
As I use the apt for myself when in Stgo, the kitchen will normally be stuffed with some food and all the basics from milk to olive oil and of course, some cold beers.
Just make sure to replace what you use before leaving ;)
Last but not least:
No smoking inside but OK if you want to but ONLY at the balcony with sliding door closed:)
