Nice and comfortable row-house with private garden and terrace with beautiful view at the lagoon (bathing is possible). Parking place, air conditioning, Tv- sat and mosquito nets. VERY IMPORTANT: prices include water, energy and gas consumptions. During check−in houseowner gives to the guests the entrance pass and ASPA card that allows to enjoy of many services on the area of Albarella: swimming pool in "Sporting Fiordi" and "Sporting centre", entertainments for the kids, shows and exhibitions, a visit of the island on board a mini−train. During check−out guests have to return the entrance pass and ASPA card to houseowner, otherwise they have to pay (they are very expensive!). Albarella is an exclusive private island located south of Venice. It is ideal place for spending either a relaxing break or an active, sporting family holiday. Situated within the beautiful Po Delta Nature Reserve, the island is connected to the mainland by a causeway, and only residents can enter the island. The island is 5 Km long and 1.5 km wide, and is shaded by around 2 million trees of 150 different species, including the Cluster Pine and the White Poplar (Populus Alba), from which the island derives its name.
