2) One month rental deposit, 1-3 months stay
3) Two months rental, above 3 months stay

Lost and damages refundable deposit is require on each booking and should be paid prior or upon check in. Proof of identity and signing of few important forms is require upon check in.

Guests are advised to take simple actions by turning off air-con, lights and electric appliances whenever not in use to limit the waste of energy and improve the environmental friendliness of their stay.
In the event of any damages or lost to the property and its inventories supplied, full compensation to the damages or lost is required. The deposits are return to guests via transfer (non cash) within 7 working days after guests check out
Guest have the right to double check all inventories and conditions of the unit within the first 12 hours after check in and shall there is any defect, will need to report to the us immediately. After 12 hours of stay, the conditions and inventories in the unit is fully under guest care & responsible.
Early check-in (before or after normal office hours) will impose additional charges.
