Rental Details
The Space
The Guest Studio apartment is located under the main house. It is self sufficient with own external entry with key access. Ideally suited for a couple but we could add a rollway bed for a 3rd guest at an additional $30.00per night.
You will have the opportunity if you wish to access what our property offers. It is located on 4 landscaped acres on the Sunshine Coast hinterland, yet only 20kms from Caloundra beach.
We have just released 1000 barramundi fingerlings into our dam in March 2014. Depending on when you stay with us there may be an option to try your hand at fishing. We are currently building a chicken coop & hope to have fresh eggs for breakfast in the near future.
Guest Access
- Solar heated pool in tropical surrounds
- Bbqs one near the pool & the other at the dam edge.
- Own private Weber bbq near studio apartment
- Watch yours or our dvd movie on the large projector screen by the dam.
- Walks around the garden
- Push bikes
- Complimentary Breakfast is included with options of eggs, toast, cereal, yoghurt or fruit.
- Guest kitchen will have tea, coffee, sugar & milk provided.
- Bed linen, towels, beach towels, soap, toilet paper will be provided.

We are a friendly couple & can be available to help or assist in anyway we can.
