Beautifully appointed 2 bedroom garden apartment situated close to the main large pools in Duquesa Village. The apartment itself is spacious and well furnished. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with separate utility room. The terrace looks over the gardens in-front and also has views over the Manilva valley. It is a gated community with 24 hour security, there are five pools with changing rooms as well as a childrens pool and a paddle tennis court. Situated away from the hustle and bustle but only 5 minutes drive by car to the marina with ample restaurants and bars. There is a night market most nights and you can take a leisurely walk around the marina under the stars. Sabinillas is the local town and you can either drive or walk along the promenade from the marina of Duquesa, there are banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, boutique shops and cafes as well as your traditional tapas bars. Enjoy the blue flag beaches with fantastic chiringuitos (beach restaurants) along the promenade with fresh fish caught daily. There are water sports for the more adventurous and plenty of local sites to go and visit including the roman baths in Manilva.
