Tranquil Flat in Central Harajuku

The apartment is just a 4 or 5 minute walk from Harajuku station and is also very nearby Kitasando station.

The apartment is modern, quiet, comfortable and furnished with everything you need (double bed, sofa, portable pocket wi-fi, washing machine, TV, refrigerator, microwave etc.)

I also provide fresh bath towels, face towels, clean sheets for every guest. The apartment has a tranquil garden outside which will be perfect for relaxing in during the spring and summer.

Area Guide

I provide a custom-made area guide that I created specifically for my own guests. It includes useful info on some of the best places to eat, shop and drink around the neighborhood, with more of an emphasis on hidden gems that only the locals know about. It was created with care based on several years experience in the city. In addition to Harajuku, I've also made guides for Shibuya and Aoyama if you'd like to explore those areas as well. And if you have any specific interest or eating preferences that I didn't include, feel free to ask me anything!


*Harajuku*

Harajuku is well-known as the fashion capital of Japan, and you will have easy access to the colorful clothing shops of Takeshita street, as well as to other famous sightseeing spots such as Yoyogi park and Meiji Shrine.

If fashion, 'kawaii' culture, and cosplay are what you're after, this location can't possibly be beat. There's a lot more to Harajuku than first meets the eye, however. The neighborhood has much to offer visitors of all ages and with a wide variety of interests. If the young, fashion-conscious crowd of Takeshita street is not your thing, there are plenty of art galleries, museums and funky cafes within easy walking distance from the flat. Enjoy a cultural festival going on in Yoyogi park or if you need some quiet time, take a stroll through the forest around Meiji Shrine.

And no matter who you are, there is always plenty to shop for!

With easy access to Harajuku station, you'll also have easy access to the rest of Tokyo. Shibuya is just one stop away while both Shinjuku and Ebisu are reachable in two. You'll be right on the famous JR Yamanote Loop line so sightseeing will be easy - but spending much of your trip exploring Harajuku will be tempting!
