Rental Details
Kampala Tree House is a clean, safe and spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment located in Ntinda, a Kampala suburb. The property, which occupies the top-most floor has free wifi, a comfortable living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, fridge, two lovely balconies with great views of neighboring Ntinda, Naguru hill, Kiwatule and Kyambogo and quick access to public transport, supermarkets, malls and local markets.
I host both short term and long term guests, which creates a great hub for travel-planning and sharing experiences. In case you are not familiar with the city, I can show you around and introduce you to the public transport system, where to get groceries, a gym, swimming pool, SIM-card and other things you'll need during your stay; even bars or places of worship :-)
Two bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom, a couch, dressing mirror, reading table and wardrobe. The third bedroom has a private bathroom, wardrobe, dressing mirror and reading table. We provide towels and have them changed once or twice a week, depending on the guests' preference.
The property is very secure with day and night security guards and enclosed in a perimeter fence. The apartment is a 15 - 20 minutes' walk from supermarkets, banks, restaurants, bars, all in the Ntinda business center. Ndere Cultural Center, Naguru and Bukoto a 5 - 10 minutes drive away and the city center is 7 km away. Public transport; matatus, cabs, and 'boda bodas' can be got 5 minutes from the apartment.
If you need to be picked up from the airport or any other location in Uganda, inform me so that we can arrange transport.
