This exclusive villa in authentic North-West Bali, with private pool and a tropical garden of more than 3500 m2 offers you all the ingredients for an unforgettable holiday with all the luxury and comfort and maximum privacy in gorgeous surroundings. Located in the village of Pemuteran, a famous diver’s spot in the north-west of Bali, three hours drive from the international airport in Den Pasar and just half an hour drive from Gilimanuk the crossing from Bali to Java. The villa is situated at the foot of a beautiful ridge and offers incredible views of the West Bali National Park. The villa is quite central in Pemuteran, near the Balinese people and it’s culture, and just 800 meters away from the ocean. The villa is built in 2007, with a living area of 290 m² and is surrounded by a lush tropical garden with an area of 3500 m².
The villa is designed in a combination of traditional and western architecture which fits perfectly into the natural environment. The villa has two spacious bedrooms and a private pool. "A stay at here, at the foot of the mountain, means as much as possible living outdoors and enjoy peace, beautiful scenery and a very special culture. The open nature of this exclusive villa with a spacious terrace offers guests all facilities. On the upper floor (loft) is the lounge area and library and offers a breathtaking view of the mountains. On the ground floor is the spacious kitchen, living and veranda, which is surrounded by the garden and pond. Here are as well the two spacious bedrooms, which can be fully closed and thereby offering guests the ultimate in sleeping comfort. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and have spacious wardrobes. Each bedroom is connected to a large open-air bathroom. The master bedroom has a double canopy bed and the other bedroom has 3 single beds. The bedrooms have patio doors opening onto the terrace and provide fantastic views of the beautiful garden and mountains. The beds have mattresses of superior quality and there are reading lamps placed beside the bed.
The bedrooms have air conditioning and a mosquito net. The partially open-air bathrooms are spacious and offer an abundance of light. They are equipped with a shower, a toilet, double terrazzo sinks and are beautifully decorated with flowers, plants and natural materials. The villa is located in the village Pemuteran, a beach location in the province of Buleleng, North Bali. It is an hour drive west of Lovina and a half hour drive east of Gilimanuk. From Gilimanuk leaves every hour a ferry to Java (24 hours per day). Pemuteran borders the national park, Taman National Bali Barat (West Bali National Park), stretching along the coast east- and westward. The northern slopes of Bali have the least rainfall during the year. Pemuteran Bay is one of the best dive areas in Bali. The nearby island of Menjangan offers a dozen distinct dive sites, of which some are known as the most beautiful of Indonesia. Some exclusive resorts in Pemuteran are located around the small bay. These resorts have good restaurants with international cuisine. Along the main road there are small restaurants (warungs) with an Indonesian menu. The beach of Pemuteran in Bali is unique because of its peaceful atmosphere.
The sale of souvenirs and offering massages on the beach are not allowed by local authorities. Leisuring on the beach is guaranted. Transportation to and from the airport can be arranged. A car with or without a driver or a mnotorbike for the duration of stay and / or excursions can be arranged by the supervisor. In the front and sides of the villa is a large veranda with several sitting areas that provide a gorgeous view of the majestic mountains and beautiful gardens. The dining area has a large teak-wood dining table (3.5 m), which seats up to ten guests. The light terrazzo floors give the environment a fresh, airy and spacious character. On the terrace are also ceiling fans if cooling is required. The open kitchen is situated in the middle of the villa. The counter top has a sink next to a four-pit-gas- stove with grill top. The wooden cabinets and drawers provide plenty of storage space.
The kitchen is equiped with an oven, Nespresso machine, a toaster, a mixer, a blender and a large refrigerator / freezer. A separate chilled water system is available for drinking water. First floor: Upstairs is an additional living area created with a magnificent view of the mountains. This lounge area has a wooden floor, large banks, a library and a ceiling fan. A perfect area for a moment of rest. Pool & Terrace: The (saltwater) private pool (5x12m) in the garden is situated in front of the villa and is free of chlorine. On the wooden terrace are deckchairs, towels and umbrellas. The pool is beautifully illuminated at night. Beside the pool is a Balinese gazebo for relaxing and enjoying the garden and spectacular views. Staying in this private villa in the tropics leaves nothing to be desired. Everything can be arranged: organize transport to or from the airport, arranging a car and driver, booking accommodation in Bali to organize dive trips or excursions in the surrounding area. Even a relaxing massage at the villa can be ensured. The villa offers a laundry service and domestic staff. Breakfast and if desired, lunch and dinner can be prepared by the staff.The supervisor is responsible for overall management of the villa, speaks good English and is providing assistance to guests. The housekeeping staff (laundry, cleaning) does the shopping and will prepare meals. A simple menu is available for optional lunches and dinners provided by the staff. For these meals an additional fee will be charged. From 18.00 to 06.00 hours, a security guard is present.
