I welcome my guests at the location of the apartment, introduce them with the location and the main attractions around. Since guest have the entire apartment to themselves I usually stay in contact with them during the stay to make sure everything is according to their expectations.

My guests are free to contact me on mobile, messages or email whenever they feel the need to do so and I will make sure to respond as soon as possible.

The apartment is conveniently placed where the East meets the West, so if you want to feel the true spirit of Sarajevo, this is a place to stay.

The building where the Apartment Heart of Sarajevo is located is a part of cities heritage from the austro-hungarian period, with very high ceilings and spacious rooms.

Very attractive location in the heart of Sarajevo will give you the opportunity to experience almost all the major historical and cultural sights in minutes.

For this location taxi and other means of transport are unnecessary since main tourist attractions are max. 10 minutes walking area around the apartment : the biggest mall in Sarajevo "BBI Center" and Sarajevo City Center, Eternal flame café, National Theater, Sacred Heart Cathedral, Synagogue, Old Mosques, Latin bridge, best restaurants & pubs.

Few meters away is the public transport tram, the bus station and taxi stand. The location is one of the best in Sarajevo therefore in the 50m area you have supermarkets, coffee shops, pubs, delicious bakery, exchange office, banks, shopping center, Cinema City and many more attractions.

The best way to get to the location from the airport or the train station is taxi since it has stands just in front of the arrival ports. The price is not much higher than the other available public transport especially if more than one person is coming along.

All guests must be checked in. (this means that we would like to know how many guests are staying with us for safety reasons). Additional guests not specified in the reservation are not allowed to stay at the apartment.

We kindly ask our guests to hand in their documents (copy of passport or ID) for registration upon arrival. (Please read the detailed explanation in the listing for more information)

All guests are kindly asked to take their shoes off in the apartment and will be provided with slippers.

Pets are not allowed.

Please respect the silent hours after 22:00.
