This stylish apartment is located on a beautiful spot in Tuscany. The apartment, together with 3 others, is part of a restored farmhouse from 1820. The owner occupies one of the apartments and the others are rented. Along with the other residents, you have a large pool, a spacious garden and on-site parking at your disposal. Each apartment has a private terrace with seating area to enjoy the nice weather. At only 2 kilometers from the house there's is a large forest where you can make lovely walks. Through the quiet road next to the estate you can get to the medieval town of Montecatini Val di Cecina. Here you can go for daily shopping and a delicious bite to eat at one of the cozy restaurants. From your home you have a beautiful view of for example the slopes of Volterra at about 15 kilometers. This historic town has a rich history and is a must to visit. The tower town of San Gimignano at 40 kilometers is highly recommended as well.
