Ground Floor Apt - Dunas Beach

Modern fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment on the 5* Melia Dunas Beach Resort. Offering a spacious lounge with dining area and small private terrace.

Apartment is fitted with air conditioning in master bedroom and lounge area, water filters to provide safe clean drinking water and fitted mosquito screens. Please note we are in the process of fitting a safe and a full length mirror.

Comprising of a king size master bedroom with ensuite bathroom including a bath with shower over, a twin bedroom with 2 single beds and a family bathroom with a walk in shower.

Lounge / dining area has a dining table, a comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs as well as a flatscreen TV and a telephone to contact reception.

Apartment is self catering with a fully fitted equipped kitchen including all cooking and dining appliances such as a microwave, oven with electric hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and all crockery.

Resort offers an all inclusive service which can be booked at reception upon arrival or arranged in advance through our company. Further information will be supplied on request.

Additional facilities include a clothes dryer, fire safety blanket and an iron with board. A cot and highchair can be provided on request, subject to availability.

Apartment is situated close to one of the swimming pools, in a quiet area of the resort however not far from all entertainment and restaurants.

Dunas Resort itself is operated by very friendly staff who are available to help throughout. You will see electric buggies driving around, feel free to hop on and ask the friendly driver to take you anywhere on the resort.

Enjoy a choice of 7 swimming pools which offer the perfect balance of activity and relaxation. Four of the main pools include a swim up wet bar, as well as the main pool bar that serves food throughout the day. There are sun beds available as well as luxurious balinese beds for hire around the pool. You can even select a YHI Spa treatment or simply relax with a few drinks or bottle of Champagne.

Around the main pool is where many of the day time activities take place, including fitness, dancing and a few games of water polo for the more energetic guests.

Separate children's pools and play areas. Families with young children can make use of the creche, babysitting, childminding service and kids club (some may have additional charges.) There is also a small waterpark on site!

There are 6 speciality restaurants, 8 bars, various shops and boutiques, an ice cream parlour, nightly entertainment/shows at the piano bar or later at the auditorium/theatre and a late night bar on site.
The resort also offers a free gym, spa and ATM machine.

Santa Maria Town Centre is a 5 minute drive away from the Resort and has a selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Taxi's can be found directly outside the resort, or you can ask reception to book. They charge a €3 daytime rate, €4 at night and provide a very reliable and friendly service.

We can also supply telephone numbers for our personal drivers.

The resort leads down to the white sands of Algodoeiro Beach, alternatively head into Santa Maria and visit the wonderful beaches there. We may also be able to provide you with free shuttle passes please ask for more information. This free service will take you to Ponta Preta Beach and into Santa Maria Town Centre itself.

We can arrange Island Tours, water sports, horseback riding, sailing, fishing trips and many other activities. Please ask for further information.

With fully qualified instructors you can also complete your basic diving certificate in 4 days.

**Free Services for guests staying 7 nights and over include:

A free portable router with 3GB of data that can be used anywhere on the Island, providing there is service. This can be topped up if required. There is a €100 security deposit for the router which is fully refundable if it is returned in the same condition as provided. We also have a USB stick available with films.

A basic welcome pack is supplied as well as free airport transfer both ways. Higher standard welcome packs are available on request, which can be prepared to suit various special occasions.

Check in / out times may be flexible depending on any guests arriving or departing at no charge.

We can accommodate for babies and children at no extra cost.

Free mid stay clean for guests staying 2 weeks or over.
