Colorado is an executive style property that is located in the peaceful Bonville Valley. It is an enviable location being nestled between Coffs Harbour, Sawtell, Bellingen and Dorrigo. If golf is what you are after then the famous, award winning Bonville Golf Resort is located just at the end of the road, or just kick back and relax by the 24m lap pool and enjoy the mountain views. The home features top of the range inclusions from the wrought iron doors to the stone kitchen.

With no near neighbours you will be able to relax to the sounds of nature and enjoy the peace and quiet. Colorado will sleep up to 12 people with King Bed in Master suite complete with WIR and en-suite. One King bed in the second bedroom - an upstairs retreat with en-suite. One Double Bed and Three Single Beds in the third bedroom (plus a trundle available). This bedroom is broken into two sections, the Queen Bed is located on the ground floor, while upstairs you will find the three single beds.

In the Fourth Bedroom, you will find another King Bed, with private spacious en-suite and WIR. Head off to Coffs for shopping or to Sawtell to savour some exquisite cuisine, cinema, or famous beaches. Surrounding you'll also find the World Heritage listed National Parks in Dorrigo, Waterfall Way Drive, the beautiful Bellingen Valley. Linen: All linen is provided at Colorado. We simply ask that you bring your own beach or pool towels.

Colorado is a non-smoking holiday property & pets are only permitted if cleared with management. There are stables available for those travelling with a horse. Dogs must be very well trained as there is no fence to keep them in. If you are having a wedding at Bonville International Golf Resort then this could be the perfect wedding accommodation option as it is 2 minutes from the award winning venue.

It is large enough to sleep the entire Bridal or groom party. If you are looking for a getaway with peace and quite and plenty of room to move this is perfect, you are only a short drive to Coffs Harbour or Sawtell but you will feel like you are miles from anywhere.
