This is a very charming waterfront house with a swimming pool along the river Trebišnjica in a quiet residential area Rupe, but on the distance of only approximately 1200 m from Trebinje city centre. Land area is 564 m2 fully fenced and provides complete privacy. On the ground floor of the house there is a living space with kitchen, dining table and a big L - formed sofa which can be converted into double bed.
From this space the stairs lead to the first floor which is a huge bedroom with a double bed and a bathtub. On the ground floor there is also studio with a separate entrance from the terrace with a double bed, little kitchenette and bathroom. The house was built in 2004. From the house there is a view of the river and the wonderful sunsets above it. The terrace around the house is in shade very much needed in the hot summer days, but the terrace around the swimming pools is in the full sunshine. This is a perfect place to spend your summer vacation with family and friends. After only 20min drive by car you will reach Dubrovnik and the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic Sea.
