This a corner second floor apartment on Loiza, Puerto Rico. It is completely furnished and equipped. It does have air conditioning throughout. It has laundry, a breakfast area, a table for six, a large sectional sofa, two televisions, one with satelite tv and also two balconies. We provide complimentary private Wifi. The area has 24 hour security and it is calm and secluded. Great for families and for persons who want to relax.
You need a car for this location. The condo has two pool areas, direct access to a secluded beach, a gym, tenis court, half a basketball court and free wifi on the communal gazebo - that is next to our apartment. There is no wireless internet on the apartment. It is just 15 minutes from the Rain Forest and 25 from the bioluminiscent bay at Fajardo. It is 20-30 minutes from the airport, depending traffic and the route you take. Hope you can make this your base for your Puertorrican vacation!
