Your home is located in a very convenient area of Prague. Green park, fooderies, subway, bus and tram are all within 5 minutes walk. City centre is reachable within 10 minutes from nearby stations. This lofty flat is ideal for all occasions!
This spacious apartment is providing plenty of space for families, couples or group of friends. Entering the elegant hallway you have a separate door to each of the 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, restroom and closet. The master bedroom with living area has a large inbuilt wardrobe and an international library. From here you can enter a long balcony, which is set with a coffee table and a couple of chairs. In the kitchen you will find a dinning table and a full equipment for all your tastes including high speed blender, selection of world's best quality spices and Katerina's hands crafted cups and bowels :). In the bathroom you will be pleased with a hot bath tub and efficient washing machine. The three bedrooms comfortably fit 6+ people.
The apartment is all yours. You have access to all of it's parts and amenities, including the elevator, lots of storage room, parking in front of the building and the green backyard.
We are personally handing the keys to our guests. We are most happy to give any advice and we are always on the phone in case we can be of any help. We love to interact with our guests just as much as our guests do. No more, no less :)

Our neighborhood is full of small local shops as well as having large shopping mall with all the modern standard goodies. We have a beautiful green park and a running/cycling track just 2 minutes walkaway, the track will take you to a nice forest area with bobsleds. It is super safe here. There is a children playground right opposite the building. We have lived here for almost 10 years and have just best experiences with this area.
It's super convenient here and easily accessible by public transportation to the whole city of Prague and by nearby trains to the whole of the Cyech republic and the rest of Europe. All public transports are within 5 minutes walk from your doorstep. That is the subway, trams, buses and trains. These will take you wherever you need.
