7 night rentals are $875 or $125 per night. 6 nights are $825, 5 nights are $775 and 4 night rentals are $720. 3 night stays are priced at $180 to $220 per night depending on which dates.

This apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 queen beds.   There is also a queen air bed that can be set up for one additional sleeping space.

Our rentals are located 15 minutes or less from our city center and the destinations that most people want to visit. Travel time is less than 10 minutes to McCormick Place, our convention center. We have a bus 1/2 city block from our door to the orange line train stop and McCormick Place or the red line train is a 1/2 mile walk away. Both trains can get you anywhere in the city. It is a very fast trip to downtown, the museums and all of the great attractions of Chicago. We also have a second apartment available in the same building. If you have a larger group or have more guests that want to join you, we may be able to rent you both units.

 

This apartment has one full bathoom with our huge 5 foot by 3.5 foot steambath shower with Grohe Body Sprays.    Our guests have said it's like a massage.    We also have a second half bath in our basement common area that is shared between both apartments as a backup.

We also have a second apartment available in the same building. If you have a larger group or have more guests that want to join you, we may be able to rent you both units.

 

We have two main policies that we prefer to discuss up front.  1.   We don’t host parties or gatherings of any kind.  We only rent our apartments for lodging.   And,  2.  Noise late at night or excessive noise anytime is very disturbing to our neighbors and other guests, so our rentals are really not a good fit for the very late night or very hard partying crowd.  Ours is a residential area and our guests and our neighbors appreciate and enjoy a quiet environment.
