The living room boasts comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV with a DVD/Blu-Ray player and an Astra 19.2 satellite with French and German channels plus CNN and BBC. Cook up a Spanish feast in the modern kitchen, featuring a Nespresso machine, large and small fridge, dishwasher, oven, kettle, full sets of utensils and crockery and more, then take it to the breakfast table or the dining table in the living room, which seats 8. Get a great night’s sleep in one of the 4 bedrooms; one has a double bed, the second has two bunk beds to sleep 4, the third room is fitted with twin beds and the fourth has a single bed. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub/ shower combo and a WC and the other with a shower and WC, while a washing machine and ironing equipment are also provided. The property is best for 6 adults and 3 children since the bunk beds are small. End cleaning, linen and towels are all included in the rental price. There is 1 private parking spot on site (from September to June, two cars are allowed). Smoking is allowed outside only and pets are not welcome.
